A total of four draws will be held for the play-off matches, which will take place in March 2025:

🔹 1/4 finals of League A. 4 quarter-final pairs will be determined. The matches will be played between the group winners and the second-placed teams in League A. Potential semi-final pairs will also be determined.

🔹 League A/B playoffs. 4 playoff pairs will be determined for promotion/relegation in the class. The matches will be played between the third-placed teams in League A and the second-placed teams in League B.

🔹 League B/C playoffs. 4 playoff pairs will be determined for promotion/relegation in the class. The matches will be played between the third-placed teams in League B and the second-placed teams in League C.

🔹 League C/D Playoffs. 2 playoff pairs will be determined for promotion/relegation in the class. The matches will be played between the two best fourth-placed teams in League C and the two second-placed teams in League D.

The seeded teams will play at home in the return matches. In the 1/4 finals, the winners of the groups cannot play against the second place team, with whom they have already met in the league.

League A/B playoff matches and League B/C playoff matches, as well as the quarterfinals of League A will take place on March 20 and 23, 2025. The C/D League playoff matches will be held on March 26 and 31, 2026. The semifinals of League A will be held on June 4 and 5, and the match for third place and the final is scheduled for June 8.
