The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: today there were more than 100 battles at the front, almost half of them in two directions

As of 4:00 p.m., 114 combat clashes took place on the front, the most active areas remain Pokrovsky and Kurakhivskyi, where there were more than 50 battles, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the headquarters, in the Pokrovsky direction, the Russian invaders made 30 attempts to dislodge the Ukrainian defenders from their positions near Myrolyubivka, Promeny, Lysivka, Petrivka, Chumatsky, and Pustinka, and eight battles are still ongoing.

In the Kurakhivka direction, the Russian army carried out 21 attacks near Berestki, Sontsivka, Zora, Kurakhovo, Dalnyi, Katerynivka and Antonivka – nine attempts to move forward have already been repulsed, the fighting continues.

Also, Russian troops do not stop their attacks in the Kharkiv, Kupyan, Lyman, Kramatorsk, Toretsk, Vremiv, Orikhov, and Dnieper directions.

On the Siverskyi direction, the enemy’s aircraft attacked Kuzmynivka with anti-aircraft missiles, and on the Toretsk – on Toretsk, Kalynovy, Ivanopil and Kostyantynivka. Russian forces also dropped seven aerial bombs on Andriivka in the Kurakhiv direction. Ulakli and Velyka Novosilka were hit by Russian bombs in the Vremivsk direction.

The operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continues in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. Since the beginning of the day, Russian planes have made 15 strikes with 22 anti-aircraft missiles on their own territory. Ukrainian soldiers repelled 11 Russian attempts to break through Ukrainian defenses, the fighting continues.
