The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted draft law No. 12104 as a whole on clarifying the grounds for deferment of military service during mobilization. 304 People’s Deputies voted “for”.
Among the important changes is granting the right to deferment from mobilization to those whose close relatives have disappeared and to civilians released from Russian captivity.
