In Kyiv and the region, it was reported about the work of air defense against the background of the drone attack

The Kyiv city and regional military administrations informed about the work of the air defense forces in the early hours of November 20 and urged them to stay in shelters until the strike.

According to the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russian troops have been attacking the regions of Ukraine with attack drones since the evening.

At six o’clock in the morning, the Air Force reported about Russian UAVs in the south of Sumy Oblast, which were heading north; in the north of Kharkiv Oblast – heading south; in the south of Chernihiv Oblast – heading to the northeast; in Kyiv region, Vinnytsia region – heading west.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.
