According to the estimate, the rate of expenditure per deputy in 2025 will be 2 million 279 thousand. 550 hryvnias. In particular, of them:

• 90 thousand hryvnias – to compensate for the cost of traveling through the territory of Ukraine, which are issued monthly to a people’s deputy during the entire term of office;

• 1 million 591 thousand 516 hryvnias (132,626 hryvnias per month) – a fund for the payment of assistants-consultants of the people’s deputy;

• 350 thousand 133.7 hryvnias – accrual for the remuneration of assistants-consultants of the people’s deputy;

• 8 thousand hryvnias – payment for the business trips of deputies’ assistants to election constituencies;

• 2 thousand hryvnias – reimbursement of costs for the maintenance of premises in electoral districts;

• 670 hryvnias – reimbursement of expenses related to the organization and holding of meetings of the people’s deputy with voters;

• 237.9 thousand hryvnias – funds to compensate for the cost of renting a house or renting a hotel room.

In addition, funding in the amount of 3 billion 139 million 284.2 thousand is planned for the Department of Affairs of the Verkhovna Rada Apparatus. hryvnias, of which 1.68 billion will go to the implementation of law-making activities. 1 billion 374 million 228.7 thousand were allocated for maintenance and organizational, informational and analytical, material and technical support of the activities of the Verkhovna Rada. The norm of expenses for one deputy in 2024 is 1 million 632 thousand. 339 hryvnias, which is 647 thousand 210.5 hryvnias less than planned in 2025.

Financing of the Affairs Management of the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada this year was provided at the level of 2 billion 953.6 million hryvnias, which is 185 million 684.1 thousand. UAH less than planned for next year.
