Fans will learn the name of the winner in mid-December.

The Confederation of African Football has announced the names of five contenders for the title of the continent’s best football player in 2024.
During the ceremony, which will be held in Morocco on December 16, one of the following players will receive the award:
Simon Adingra (Côte d’Ivoire, Brighton);
Sir Girassi (Guinea, Borussia Dortmund);
Ashraf Hakimi (Morocco, PSG);
Ademola Lukman (Nigeria, Atalanta);
Ronwen Williams (South Africa, Mamelodi Sundowns).
We will remind that last year Viktor Osymgen was recognized as the best in Africa. Then Mohamed Salah and Ashraf Hakimi also fought for this title.
