The plan has ten points: Unity, Front, Arms, Money, Energy, Security, Communities, Human Capital, Cultural Sovereignty, and Hero Politics.

Drones are a priority: in 2024, they plan to produce 30,000 long-range units.
Production of 3,000 cruise missiles and expansion of the Neptune program.

  • Launch of the Technological Bid for Innovation.
  • Money:
Localization of production: procurement of Ukrainian.

    The priority of nuclear generation.
  • Security:
Modernization of shelters, metal detectors in schools and government buildings.
    Strengthening of the state border.
  • Communities:
Improvement of tax conditions for frontline territories.
  • Human capital:
    National barrier-free standard.
Elimination of the influence of the Moscow church.
Implementation of multiple citizenship, renewal of the diplomatic service.
  • Culture:
    Creation of a “cultural Rammstein”.
    Support for Ukrainian departments abroad.
  • Heroes Policy:
Rehabilitation departments in every community by 2025.
Veteran spaces, social support and apartments for veterans.
Recruitment of veterans to the civil service.

Zelensky also dismissed rumors about possible elections: “Ukraine first needs a fair peace, and then Ukraine will hold fair elections.”

The president also noted that Ukraine needs the institution of multiple citizenship, as well as the restart of the diplomatic service. The speech also mentioned the modernization of shelters and the strengthening of the border.

We will remind that the US Deputy Secretary of State for the Western Hemisphere Brian A. Nichols officially confirmed that the White House allowed Ukraine to use long-range weapons for strikes on the territory of Russia.
