As of November 19, 218 people were illegally imprisoned in the occupied Crimea, including 132 Crimean Tatars. Of them, 43 are under arrest (28 — Crimean Tatars), 151 — prisoners (97 — Crimean Tatars), and 26 remain without a defined status (6 — Crimean Tatars).
1,047 cases of transfer of materials under Art. 20.3.3 KpAP of the Russian Federation to the so-called “courts” in Crimea. In 928 cases fines or judgments were issued, attached to other cases, and in 31 cases the proceedings are ongoing. At least 1,408 soldiers of the Russian army stationed in the occupied Crimea died.
Of them, 914 were probably citizens of Ukraine. The real number of casualties may be higher, as Russia hides this data. It was also confirmed that 67 servicemen of the occupation army were captured. Residents of Crimea complain about interruptions in heating due to illegal residential construction in coastal cities and Simferopol.
Accidents on heating lines, which became more frequent with the beginning of the heating season on October 18, leave residents without heat supply. In the Biloghir district, at least 20 settlements face water supply problems, which became especially acute after the explosion of the Kakhovskaya HPP.
The increase in fuel prices also angers local residents. The main reasons are the strikes of the Ukrainian army on Russian oil depots and the use of Crimea by the occupiers for military purposes.
Civil resistance:
In Feodosia, the occupiers detained Ihor Tymchenko because of a tattoo with the Ukrainian trident. He was forced to apologize on video, drew up an administrative protocol and transferred the case to the so-called “court”.
In Simferopol, pensioner Victoria Golubeva received a fine of 40,000 rubles for publishing criticism of Russia’s pension reform and the question “Why do we need Crimea and Donbas at such a price?”.
In Dzhankoya, Russian security forces beat the blind Ihor Nikitenko for criticizing the occupation administration. He was fined 10,000 rubles.
Activists of the “Yellow Ribbon” movement distributed more than 100 pro-Ukrainian leaflets in Yalta, Simferopol and Sevastopol in one day.
Activists of the “Crimean Fighting Seagulls” reported the collapse of a railway bridge in the village of Maslovo, Dzhankoy district, due to overloading with military equipment.
Meanwhile, activists of the “Zla Mavka” movement spread patriotic graffiti, leaflets and stickers, reminding that “Crimea is Ukraine.”
In Sevastopol, pumpkins appeared on the streets and in parks with the message that the occupiers are not welcome here.
