More than half a million Ukrainians still keep their national cashback money on their accounts. Approximately 120,000 Ukrainians spent money.

About this informs Ministry of Economy.

The ministry explains the weak activity in the use of money by small amounts of accumulated cashback. Ukrainians have so far received only one cashback payment – for September. This is only UAH 37.2 million, or an average of UAH 57.5 per person.

Approximately half of Ukrainians spent cashback money to top up their mobile phones, 35% paid utility bills, the rest paid for internet, transport and food services.

In October, Ukrainians accumulated three times more cashback for the purchase of Ukrainian goods – approximately UAH 125 million. The volume of accumulated funds for the first half of November has already exceeded the indicators of October.

It is reported that the payment of cashback for October will be at the end of November, for November – at the end of December. Ukrainians will receive cashback for December in February 2025.

As of mid-November, 3.8 million citizens opened 4.2 million National Cashback cards in 13 banks. However, only 2.5 million Ukrainians activated these cards in Diya. To receive cashback, activation of the Action payment card is mandatory.

Cashback in the amount of 10% is calculated on more than 320,000 Ukrainian goods from 1,580 manufacturers.

According to the current conditions of the program, you can spend the national cashback funds only on services.
