“The IQ test is being canceled in the Supreme Anti-Korsud” – the expert states the degradation and dependence of VAX on NABU and SAP

VAKS judges will be exempted from taking IQ tests and an exam on the history of Ukraine. This will lead to their even greater degradation and, as a result, increase their dependence on NABU and SAP, writes political consultant, political technologist Oleg Posternak, reports UNN.

“Today, VAKS is degrading and turning into a typical post-Soviet court with the same post-totalitarian approach. Abolishing IQ tests and knowledge of the history of Ukraine is a completely logical continuation of this process,” the expert wrote.

He noted that the specialized committee of the Council recommended for adoption in the second reading draft law 11425-d, which removes the requirement of a 75% passing score for cognitive testing (IQ test). Along with it, there will be no testing on the history of Ukrainian statehood in the VACS competitions.

“What does this mean in practice? The Higher Qualification Commission of Judges will independently determine what the IQ test will be. Considering that the current judges are not behaving very wisely – they buy luxury cars and real estate, follow the instructions of NABU and SAP – there will either be no test at all, or will be very simplified. For example, candidates will draw a picture by numbers or solve puzzles,” said Posternak.

He recalled that the European Commission recently stated in a shadow report that the Supreme Anti-Corrupt Court is becoming more and more dependent on NABU and SAP, which systematically violate constitutional human rights. And he also cited the example of lawyer Rostislav Kravets, how judges of the VAKS completely blocked the work of the court for one day.

“Recently, VAKS judges outdid themselves – on November 8, they actually announced a strike and decided in full… not to go to work! All the indictments and petitions submitted that day remained undistributed (including the criminal proceedings against the current People’s Deputy). The reason for such absurd behavior – It turns out that half of the judges went on a business trip abroad, and the other half took a vacation to prepare for the exam at the Appeals Chamber of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry,” Posternak wrote.

But in the end, in his opinion, the abolition of the tests could benefit the judicial system.

“Because as experience shows, the more time VAKS judges are on vacation, the more chances there are for fair justice in the country,” the expert concluded.
