Verbatim National Police: “On November 18, around 1:25 p.m., Russian troops struck the city with barrel artillery (Kostiantynovtsi – ed.).
As a result of the shelling, a 61-year-old local woman died on the spot. A 68-year-old man was seriously injured. The wounded man was taken to the hospital, where he died during resuscitation measures.”
Details: The police said that two more people – an 89-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man – received shrapnel wounds. Filashkin reported that only 3 people died as a result of shelling in Donetsk region on Monday.
