In Odesa, the number of people killed as a result of the Russian missile strike on November 18 has increased, Oleg Kiper, the head of OVA, said.

“The number of people killed as a result of a rocket attack on Odesa has increased to 10, including seven policemen, a medic and two local residents,” the official’s Telegram channel says.

Earlier, the authorities reported the death of eight and the wounding of 39 Odesa residents.

The Russian military launched a missile attack on Odessa around noon on November 18.

A day earlier, the local authorities reported two deaths, an injured teenager and interruptions in the supply of heat, water and electricity in Odesa due to the Russian strike on November 17. Two of the dead were employees of Ukrenergo.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
