It all depends on the enemy, what threats the enemy poses. The enemy is now planning to increase his personnel. We’re holding the front, we’re giving humanity to our mobilization, we’ve introduced, you know, the law, we’ve started recruitment centers, we’ve started digitization to have digital tools so that people know they have a choice. We will also work for those Ukrainians who are outside our country so that they too have the choice to join the army. Now for us, the protection of our country is an important priority, so we plan to move away from these painful issues for the population (the issue of “busification” – ed.). To solve this issue, we have proposals that we will discuss in the Cabinet to propose such a reform
