According to the UP, the key points of the Internal Stability Plan of Ukraine are – the front, unity, weapons, energy, finance, security, human capital, communities, cultural sovereignty, politics of heroes.
In particular, it is envisaged to change approaches to mobilization and recruiting, development and increase in the production of the latest types of weapons, protection of energy facilities and the energy system, attraction of internal and external investments in the Ukrainian economy, modern policy regarding weapons in civilian circulation, creation of the Ministry of Unification of Ukrainians, proper integration of the military into social life.
In the Council, the president will announce in detail the essence of these points and the vision of their implementation. Previously, Zelensky’s speech is scheduled for Tuesday.
