“Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk region – NEC Ukrenergo has given the order to apply two-shift stabilization shutdowns from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The schedule will be actual shutdowns at the address,” Kovalenko wrote.
According to him, in preparation for such scenarios, distribution system operators (DSOs) created graphs of actual outages, and the Yasno company created a service for their display.
