“With the help of a crane, the emergency workers of the capital, together with the pyrotechnic unit of the Mobile Rescue Center of Rapid Response of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, removed part of the rocket that hit a five-story residential building as a result of the morning attack,” the department says.
