The government of Estonia supported the proposal of the Minister of Defense of the country, Hanno Pevkur, to send another package of military aid to Ukraine, which this time includes both equipment and ammunition, the Ministry of Defense of Estonia reported on November 16, writes UNN.

“Ukraine continues to need the help of Estonia and the free world to defend itself. This time, the aid package is collected from the reserves of our defense forces, taking into account the needs of Ukraine, and yet in such a way that the defense capabilities of Estonia are not affected,” Pevkur said.

The latest aid package, according to the Estonian Ministry of Defense, includes “naval uniforms, surveillance equipment, sights, ballistic protection equipment and various types of ammunition.”

“This aid package will not be the last, and in the near future we will open an annual event to support Estonian companies on a competitive basis, which will allow Ukraine to provide assistance to the production of the Estonian defense industry. In addition to helping Ukraine, this also supports Estonia’s own economy and security,” Pevkur added.
