Enemy shelling damaged one of the high-voltage power lines at Zaporizhzhia NPP. The plant has switched to a backup line, and Ukrenergo repair teams are carrying out repair work.

Due to shelling by Russian troops, a high-voltage power line at Zaporizhzhya NPP was damaged, the plant switched to a backup line, and repair crews are carrying out restoration work, Ukrenergo reported on Saturday, UNN reports.

As a result of another hostile attack, one of the high-voltage lines supplying the occupied Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant was damaged. The plant is currently being powered by a backup line. The location of the damage to the main power line has been identified. Ukrenergo’s repair teams are carrying out emergency repair works

The company expressed its gratitude to its fellow repairmen for their work in conditions of high risk to life.
