At night, Russia attacked Ukraine with 83 Shaheds and an S-300 missile – Air Force

On the night of November 16, the Russian military launched 83 drones and an S-300 missile over Ukraine, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reports.

“On the night of November 16, the enemy attacked the Kharkiv region with an anti-aircraft guided missile S-300, attacked with 83 attack UAVs of the “Shahed” type and unmanned aerial vehicles of an unknown type from the regions of Kursk, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk,” the Armed Forces say

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of 08:30, the downing of 53 Russian attack drones was confirmed in the Cherkasy, Odesa, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Zaporizhia, Kharkiv and Khmelnytskyi regions.

“As a result of active countermeasures by the Defense Forces, 30 enemy UAVs were lost in location in various regions of Ukraine,” the Armed Forces emphasized.
