The Ministry of Foreign Affairs believes that long conversations are a resource that Putin has been using for more than 20 years to achieve his interests. They added:
“Now the talks only give Putin the hope of easing international isolation. What is needed are concrete strong actions that will force him to peace, not persuasion and attempts at appeasement, which he regards as a sign of weakness and uses for his own purposes.
