On November 15, State Enterprise Land Bank held 9 auctions for the sublease of state-owned agricultural land in Zakarpattia and Zhytomyr Region, with a total area of 372.2 hectares.
This was announced by the Minister of Agricultural Policy Vitaliy Koval.
According to the results of the auctions, the starting amount of the auctions is 621,000. UAH increased to UAH 3.1 million (+ UAH 621 thousand VAT). A total of 25 applications from agricultural enterprises and farms were submitted.
The most expensive plot was a land area in Zhytomyr region with an area of 153.6 hectares, the initial cost of which was 228 thousand. hryvnias, and as a result of the bidding, it rose to 1.3 million hryvnias.
Minister of Agricultural Policy Vitaly Koval announced that 13 more auctions will be held next week.
