On Friday, November 15, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduced amendments to two resolutions providing for payments to military personnel.
This was announced by the permanent representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk.
The document states that during the period of martial law, servicemen fighting on the territory of the Russian Federation will be paid additional remuneration in the amount of 100,000 hryvnias per month or a one-time remuneration in the amount of 70,000 hryvnias for every 30 days of performing such tasks.

Also, these payments are extended to those who, due to injury, contusion or mutilation received while performing tasks on the territory of the Russian Federation, are undergoing treatment or are on vacation to restore health.
In the event of the death of a serviceman or employee while performing a combat mission on the territory of Russia, his family will be paid a one-time compensation in the amount of 15 million hryvnias.
The counteroffensive of the Russian Federation in the Kursk region is the main thing
On November 10, The New York Times reported that Russian and North Korean troops were preparing to attack Ukrainian positions in the Kursk region. It was emphasized that the total number of soldiers preparing for the offensive may reach 50,000.
Analysts of the DeepState project reported that on Monday, November 11, the Russians made repeated attempts “drop by” in the village of Novoivanivka in the Kursk region or on its outskirts. The enemy engaged almost thirty units of military equipment and lost at least 18 of them. Analysts also reported that the number of killed or wounded military personnel of the aggressor country may reach 300 people. Those who survived, “got stuck in landings or escaped by running away.”
On November 11, Bild analyst Julian Röpke, analyzing previous territorial changes in the Kursk region, reported that the offensive of Russian forces became “a disaster for Putin.”
Subsequently, the Armed Forces of Ukraine disclosed the details of the enemy’s failed assaults in Kurshchyna, noting that November 11 was “a black day for Russians.”
