Legendary Italian defender and winner of the Golden Ball 2006 Fabio Cannavaro will go to the capital of Russia, Moscow, for a padel tournament.
He himself reported this in a video for one of the Russian bookmakers, which is a sponsor of the aforementioned competition:
“Hello everyone. I am Fabio Cannavaro, I will be glad to see you at the tournament on November 16. We will see you soon. Bye.”
It is interesting that in 2023, Fabio Cannavaro, along with other football legends, took part in the Game4Ukraine charity match, the purpose of which was to raise funds for the restoration of a Ukrainian school destroyed by the Russian invaders.
