Shooting in Shchaslyvo: the Ministry of Defense says it is studying the incident involving a representative of the TCC

The Ministry of Defense reported that it is studying information regarding an incident involving the use of a weapon by an employee of the TCC in Shchaslyvo, Kyiv region, where a man in military uniform shot another man who was running away. Earlier, the police reported that the shooting was opened by a representative of the DFTG, not the TCC, he writes UNN.

“The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is studying the information regarding the incident involving the use of weapons by an employee of the territorial procurement center in Shchaslyvo. In order to clarify the circumstances, the Main Inspection of the Ministry of Defense (GIMO) has started checking the legality of the actions of the representative of the TCC and the grounds for the use of weapons,” the Ministry of Defense said.

The Ministry of Defense emphasized that “in the event of establishing the facts of exceeding official powers or identifying signs of a criminal offense, the materials will be directed to law enforcement agencies for further investigation and making appropriate decisions.”
