The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine completed the audit and from December 1 is introducing a new procedure for booking and identifying enterprises critical to the economy.
This was announced by the head of the government, Denys Shmyhal.
In particular, from December 1, all regional and branch criticality criteria of enterprises will be agreed with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy.
For the private sector, the salary criterion and the absence of debts to the budget will be mandatory conditions for the reservation of employees.
In addition, all bookings from December 1 will be made through Diya.
For those who already have deferrals, there will be a transition period to the new conditions until February 28, 2025: that is, by that date all businesses must renew the booking of their employees according to the new conditions, regardless of how and when it happened.
Previously, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, noted that summonses for mobilization through the “Oberig” system were primarily received by conscripts who do not pay taxes.
