At the border with Ukraine, there are currently no blockades of checkpoints by Polish farmers. The Ukrainian side did not receive any additional information from the Polish side. This was announced by the spokesman of the State Border Service Andriy Demchenko on the air of the telethon on Friday, the correspondent reports. UNN.

Demchenko commented on the information that from November 15, blocking may begin again at some checkpoints on the Polish-Ukrainian border.

Currently, we do not see this (blocking – ed.) directly at the border, and we have not received any additional information from our Polish colleagues at the moment

He noted that earlier there was a message, including the State Customs Service, that blockades may begin.

“But we remember that these actions of Polish farmers have not started. We hope that even if the application is submitted, if there is one on November 15, Polish farmers will refrain from such actions, will not block traffic for cargo vehicles,” said Demchenko .

Earlier, Polish farmers announced a possible blockade near the “Medyka-Shegyny” checkpoint on the Polish-Ukrainian border from October 8 until the end of 2024. It did not happen then.
