From the fourth level (do not travel) to the third level (consider your trip), the State Department reduced the risk for the following regions of Ukraine: Volyn, Lviv, Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi and Zhytomyr.

At the same time, the message of the State Department adds that all US citizens should carefully monitor the messages of the US government, local and international mass media to receive information about changes in security conditions and warnings about the need to shelter in place. The security situation in Ukraine remains unpredictable.

Literally The State Department: “Russia’s unprovoked full-scale invasion of Ukraine continues, and even non-frontline regions remain targets of Russian missile and drone attacks.

Travelers should respond to air warnings and seek appropriate shelter.”
