Shelling of Odesa: damaged houses, church, cars, there are dead and wounded – the authorities

On November 14, the Russian military again carried out a massive drone attack on Odesa and the district. There are dead and wounded, civil infrastructure has been damaged, said Oleg Kiper, head of OVA.

“A woman died as a result of an attack by drones in Odesa. At least two people were injured. Residential buildings, a church, cars were damaged. Fires broke out in some locations. The main heat supply pipeline was also damaged. The operation of one of Odessa’s boiler houses was forcibly stopped,” said a local official.

It is known that all relevant emergency services are working on liquidation of the consequences. Help is provided.

On the evening of November 14, Odesa is under air attack by the Russian military, the alarm continues from 9:18 p.m. The main heat supply pipeline was damaged.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by Russia.
