The organizer of the event was a judge’s assistant, a former law enforcement officer. It was established that for three thousand dollars he ensured the adoption of court decisions on the divorce of the “client” and the deprivation of his wife’s parental rights. In this way, the fact of independent upbringing and maintenance of a child under the age of 18 by the father was established.
Men did not have to write statements of claim in these cases, nor to participate in court sessions. After paying for the “services”, they received ready-made decisions from the court employee.
It is noted that the purchased court rulings unjustifiably provided not only a postponement of conscription for military service during mobilization to men who did not have such a right, but also gave them the opportunity to travel abroad without hindrance.
The judge’s assistant received suspicion under part 3 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code (Illegal transportation of persons across the state border). He faces up to nine years in prison with confiscation of property.
The Prosecutor General’s Office clarified that the suspect is an assistant judge of the Marinsky district court of Donetsk region. According to the investigation, he acted according to a previous conspiracy with other employees of the court.
The law enforcement officers documented the fact that the accused received three thousand dollars in September of this year, and UAH 124,500 in October for two court decisions on divorce, deprivation of parental rights of the mother, establishment of the fact of independent upbringing and maintenance of a minor child by the father.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police eliminated new mobilization evasion schemes that operated in different regions of Ukraine. Among the detainees are MSEK officials and VLK doctors.
