In October 2024, more than 1,900 hybrid passenger cars (HEV and PHEV) were added to the Ukrainian fleet, which is 7% more than last year. This is reported by Ukravtoprom.
The share of new cars in this number was 63% — against 59% in October 2023.
In the segment of new passenger cars, the leader of the hybrid market remains the Toyota RAV-4. 261 units were purchased. Nissan Qashqai is in second place (82 units), and Toyota Yaris Cross is third (79 units).
In registrations of imported used cars with hybrid power plants, Ford Fusion US (54 units) took the lead. Toyota Prius (46 units) was in second place in October, and Toyota RAV-4 (38 units) was in third place.
