On the basis of the 1551 Contact Center, Kyiv authorities have combined 3 mobile applications – “1551”, “Manager’s Mobile Application” and “Clean City from 1551”.

According to him, this was done in order to make the cleaning of streets, outbuildings and other areas in the capital and solving other household issues more efficient.
“Unification of applications will significantly reduce the time for processing citizens’ appeals and introduce systematic control over their implementation in the districts of Kyiv. This year, the platform became available to inspectors of the Department of Territorial Control of the city of Kyiv, which makes control more operational,” Klitschko wrote in Telegram.
Also, as the mayor informed, the new platform will help the heads of districts and services of the capital to respond more effectively to the situation in the territories for which they are responsible and to ensure cleanliness in the city.
