Shakhnazarov’s direct speech: “We provided eight million in charitable aid this year, including six million for the needs of the Defense Forces. By the way, in 2023, we handed over to the Armed Forces 28 T-55 tanks, 8 PT-76 tanks, 6 BMPs and 8 tractors that we had stored at the military-technical base. I found out that there are needs, I contacted the Ministry of Defense – they took these cars.”
