The main thing for today.
First, there is a solution for many of our soldiers who want to transfer to another unit in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Cabinet of Ministers approved the resolution today. Technically, the functionality is ready. The Ministry of Defense will determine how the system will be launched. Everything should work through “Army+” – no bureaucracy. And there should be a clear response to each report. The Ministry of Defense must explain to society all the details – what is at the first, test, stage, what after the full launch.
All decisions of military commanders regarding reports will be monitored so that there are no unjustified refusals. The algorithm for responding to the report is defined. The system should work exactly as we talked about it with the guys on the front lines and representatives of civil society. And I am grateful to everyone who was involved in the development of this new functionality.
Today, he instructed the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff to report on how to extend this opportunity to all the Defense and Security Forces, in particular to the National Guard of Ukraine and the Border Service. All our soldiers deserve equal respect.
Second. Held a detailed meeting on other issues that we talked about with representatives of the civil sector. The issue of officer ranks and positions – there is already a vision of how it can be made more modern. Technological Rate – we have agreed on the work format, and the determination of the specific composition and responsible persons is ongoing. Sanctions and pressure on Russia, in particular against the shadow tanker fleet, are a system of measures. We will work more with partners, although it is not easy.
The third. Letters of credence from the ambassadors of our partner countries who started working in Ukraine. Ambassadors of Greece, Albania, Japan and Egypt. I talked to everyone today. Together, we must do everything possible to restore the full effectiveness of international law, support Ukraine and ordinary human justice – what every nation deserves.
And one more thing.
I signed several decrees today. About sanctions against Russian enterprises and individuals who work for the interests of the aggressor state and provide it with the opportunity to avoid responsibility for the war. And Ukraine will definitely coordinate its sanctions with the sanctions of its partners, in particular, regarding Russia’s aviation infrastructure.
And also – a decree on the establishment of a professional day of the State Bureau of Investigation. Today is the ninth anniversary of the adoption of the law on the State Bureau of Investigation, and I thank everyone in the structure of the State Bureau of Investigation, who cares about state interests and provides greater opportunities for justice in Ukraine with their own work.
Awarded awards to the guys from the State Bureau of Investigation. Unfortunately, two are posthumous. The boys performed tasks in the front-line zone.
And now there is still a planned conversation with the Prime Minister of Canada. Many questions.
