It is reported that a resident of Kharkiv was found guilty by the court of distributing materials calling for actions aimed at changing the borders of the territory and the state border of Ukraine, collaborative activities, production and distribution of materials containing objections to armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine (part 1 of Article 110, Part 6 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Part 2, Part 3 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
She was waiting for the trial in custody. During the trial, the woman admitted her guilt in full. The punishment is 10 years of imprisonment.
It is noted that the woman from Kharkiv took an active part in anti-Ukrainian chat rooms. Because of this, she came to the attention of the special services of the Russian Federation. And in January 2023, she received and accepted an offer to become the administrator of a number of Telegram channels that spread Kremlin narratives and publish posts justifying the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
In the posts she posted, it was claimed that it was the Ukrainian military that was shelling the residential buildings of civilians. The convict wrote about her dreams of the “liberation” of Kharkiv as soon as possible, identified it as a “Russian city”, praised the soldiers of the Russian Federation and called Russia “mother”.
