It said the men referred to in the court order arrived at a migrant detention center in the Albanian city of Shenzhen last week after being rescued by the Italian coast guard while trying to reach Europe.
The Italian authorities insisted that they should all be returned to their countries of origin – Egypt and Bangladesh – which the Italian government considers safe. But the judges refer to the decision of the EU Court, which says otherwise.
