Head coach of the Ukrainian national team Sergey Rebrov commented on the conflict Mykhailo Mudryk and Mykola Shaparenkowho apparently did not share the 10th number in the national team:
“Conflict for the tenth number? Who said that? You always comment on rumours. “We heard there.” There was no conflict at all. Yes, Mykhailo missed the game, Mykhailo took this number, what’s the problem?
Why does everyone spread some rumors and always think that some atmosphere is wrong? What happened? I don’t understand. Who said there was some kind of conflict or something? Why do you think that for the players of the national team of Ukraine this is in the first place? They talked, they asked, these are normal things. This is what all professional players who are not 15 years old do.”
