President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy congratulated Poland on Independence Day.

As reported by Ukrinform, Zelenskyy noted this in social networks H.

“Happy Independence Day to Poland, our good neighbor and friend. Today, we are fighting side by side for common freedom, and we are grateful for all the support that Poland provides to Ukraine,” the head of state said.

According to Zelenskyi, “both our peoples know the real price of independence. Having our own independent state is the only way to guarantee the freedom and security of our people.”

“In the face of a common historical enemy, we must preserve our strength and unity. Friendship always prevails over geopolitics. The stronger the partnership, the fewer the geopolitical challenges; our region is a vivid example of this,” the President emphasized.
