Ukrainian boxer Karen Chukhajian on the night of November 9-10, he fought for the title of world champion against the American Jaron Ennis – he lost by unanimous decision of the judges.
The British promoter Eddie Hearn turned to the Ukrainian and offered to hold a fight with the promising American Blair Cobbs:
“Karen, I can give you a good fight. I will tell you what needs to be done. It is necessary to arrange a fight between Chukhajian and Cobbs. If Blair can beat the Ukrainian, I will give him a serious fight,” Hearn said.
Blair Cobbs is considered one of the contenders for the fight with Jaron Ennis, but Hearn is not ready to put these fighters in a fight in the near future. The promoter wants to test Cobbs against Chukhajian first.
