I am sure: the following years of Ukraine’s independence will only add weight to such platforms. We are absolutely clear: the Ukraine we want for our children is a Ukraine that has achieved reliable peace, that has implemented all the tasks of reconstruction, and that uses each of its connections with the global world correctly. This is our joint work with you. The state can achieve ambitious goals only in interaction with social forces, with business. That is why I want to thank all of you for the fact that you are with our state, that you are in Ukraine, helping the state. Every operating enterprise is an investment in the future of our country. All the jobs that are saved, every new job for our people, all the saved and new productions are actually part of the internal security guarantees for Ukraine now. And we have only to increase such guarantees.
These weeks we are preparing our internal Plan for strengthening Ukraine, internal stability, our internal tasks for victory. And in it, one of the key elements will be the economic element, the business element, how we can release the internal economic power of Ukraine thanks to deregulation, normal competition, the potential of our entrepreneurship, in order to strengthen the strength of Ukrainian sovereignty and our defense against external aggression. We invited the business to participate in the development of the internal Plan, specifically the economic direction. Yulia Svyridenko leads this work, and the strategic vision of entrepreneurs will be taken into account. Just like one of our key geopolitical needs is to be in Europe. This is the foundation.
I’m just now on my way to Budapest, to the summit of the European Political Community. It is obvious how important it is now. I spoke with President Trump last night. Very warm conversation. But we must do everything so that the results of our interaction – between Ukraine and America, all of Europe and America – are productive and positive. This is a specific task. I am sure we will solve it too. And I count on your support – now no less than in previous years. This is important for Ukraine, for Ukrainians.
