This was reported by the representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, in his Telegram.

It was also agreed to dismiss Yury Pogulyaik from the position of head of the Volyn Regional State Administration. At the same time, it was agreed to appoint:

  • Ivan Rudnytskyi, the head of the Volyn Regional State Administration;
  • Myroslav Biletskyi, the head of the Transcarpathian regional state administration.

According to Melnychuk, in addition, the government dismissed Roman Opimakh from the position of the Head of the State Geology and Subsoil Service of Ukraine and temporarily assigned the duties of the head of the service to Serhiy Dekhtyarenko

Reshuffles in the Ministry of DefenseAs reported by UNIAN, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Oleksandr Serhiy as the Deputy Minister of Defense at the beginning of July this year at the request of the Minister of Defense Rustem Umyerov.

On October 1, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umyerov announced that he had signed a petition to the CMU to dismiss 4 of his deputies — Stanislav Hayder, Oleksandr Serhiy, Yuriy Dzhigyr, Lyudmila Daragan.

On the same day, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Stanislav Heyder from the position of Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, as well as Lyudmyla Daragan from the position of State Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

On November 5, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the dismissal of Yuriy Dzhigyr from the position of Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine.

At the same time, two new deputies were appointed to Umerov in October: Brigadier General of Justice Serhii Melnyk and Serhii Boyev, who was previously the Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine.
