The Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Ihor Zhovkva, discussed the Victory Plan and the Peace Formula, as well as their implementation, with Martin Roger, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia for Political Affairs.

“The key topics of the meeting are the implementation of the Peace Formula and preparation for the second Peace Summit. The deputy head of the President’s Office emphasized Estonia’s solidarity with the fifth point of the Peace Formula “Implementation of the UN Charter and restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and the world order,” the message reads.
In addition, the parties paid special attention to the security agreement concluded between Ukraine and Estonia and the practical implementation of its provisions.
“Estonia was the first to propose fixing 0.25% of GDP for long-term support of Ukraine. This is an exemplary example for others,” Zhovkva said.
The interlocutors noted that it is necessary to use the frozen Russian assets for the needs of Ukraine and strengthen sanctions against the Russian Federation, in particular regarding the Russian shadow fleet, and also agreed to continue an active dialogue between the two countries.
Zhovkva also thanked Estonia for its constant political, humanitarian, economic and financial assistance to Ukraine.
It will be recalled that more than 80 delegations took part in the discussion of the Ukrainian Peace Formula in Davos.
