In 2025, Ukrnafta plans to drill about 30 new wells. In addition, the company plans capital repairs, equipment renewal and production intensification.

This was announced by the director of PJSC “Ukrnafta” Serhiy Koretskyi on the sidelines of the conference “Day of suppliers of state-owned enterprises in the oil and gas industry: plans for 2025”.

“In 2025, we plan an increase in production. About 30 new wells. The vast majority of them – with the help of third-party contractors. Also planned are about 120 overhauls of wells – about 34 with the help of third-party contractors; and 52 hydraulic fracturing operations – about 30 with external support “, Serhii Koretsky noted.

The company plans to focus on updating equipment and improving energy efficiency: modernizing compressor stations, installing DCS and block-modular equipment for preparing and measuring hydrocarbons.

“We are preparing to conduct 3D seismic surveys on an area of about 1,250 square kilometers. The plans also include industrial-geophysical research, project-research work. A big emphasis in 2025 will be on pipeline research: in order to prevent surges and emergency situations, it will be necessary to check about 2 5 thousand kilometers,” said the director of Ukrnafta PJSC.

Currently, the company is also repairing and modernizing gas stations of the largest single-brand network in Ukraine. About 100 existing gas stations will be partially modernized this year, shops and cafes will appear.

Modernization of existing gas stations and construction of new complexes is the company’s goal for the coming years.

Earlier, after an almost nine-month hiatus, the Ukrnaftoburinnia company resumed production at the Sakhalin oil and gas condensate field, which had been stopped due to legal delays.

And recently, PJSC “Ukrnafta” acquired a special permit for an oil and gas field in the Ivano-Frankivsk region for a period of 20 years.
