“Currently, a mechanism for receiving funds is also being developed through Ukrposhta branches – for the convenience of those citizens who do not have smartphones and access to Diya. These funds will not be taxed,” the department said.
It is assumed that the mechanism of the program is Support will be universal and not selective, so that funds can be received by citizens of all categories throughout the country.
