The Russian occupiers are throwing new reserves into battle in order to enter the city of Kurakhove in the Donetsk region as soon as possible, DeepState analysts report.
According to their data, on Monday, October 22, paratroopers of the 46th OAeMBr repelled Russian attacks in the Maksimilianivka-Kurakhove area. It is noted that the paratroopers managed to destroy six Russian BMPs, three of which were located on the outskirts of Kurakhovo and three tanks.
Analysts note that part of the landing party was concentrated in Maksimilyanivka and in the country village of Energetik.
“Heavy battles continue, the enemy throws new reserves into the battle in order to enter Kurakhove as soon as possible. An example of activity is the fact that in recent weeks, the enemy has not slowed down, even on Sundays,” says the project’s announcement.
A new report by the Institute for the Study of War on October 21 reported that Russian forces have switched to more frequent mechanized assaults in the Kurakhiv direction and are advancing in the area.
