This is reported by Wpolsce.pl.
Zelenskyy stated that the full text of Ukraine’s victory plan will not be made public, and only certain partners, on whom its implementation depends, will receive secret provisions for its individual points.

Countries that did not help Ukraine were not shown the secret annexes of the victory plan – Zelenskyi
“We gave Ukraine military aid in the most important way, because when Germany talked about sending them helmets, we sent them 320 tanks. Therefore, our contribution was obviously significant, especially at the beginning, when it was most necessary,” emphasized the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland.
Therefore, the official believes, Poland “should have access to these files.”
“Of course, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland will talk about this topic with the Ukrainian side, because we are in constant contact,” Bartoszewski concluded.
