Prior to Liam Payne’s death from a fall at the age of 31, staff at the hotel he was staying at in Argentina had called police to report a guest who was acting erratically and destroying their room. Officials in Liam Payne’s death investigation said they found “substances” that appeared to be “narcotics” in the third floor hotel room where the One Direction singer fatally fell Oct. 16.
