Kadyrov against Kerimov. The conflicts in the Caucasus are staged by the Putin regime, and this is connected with the war in Ukraine – interview with Zakaev

In an interview with Radio NV, the head of the government of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria abroad Ahmed Zakayev told what processes in Russia this indicates.

— I will very briefly recall the background. There is a large Wildberries marketplace, its owners – a husband and wife – divorced, and then the division of this large business began. It seems that Kadyrov and Kerimov did not divide, but who will get it. Kadyrov announced “blood revenge” to this senator, the senator was supported by the authorities of Dagestan. How did you understand this situation?

— All the processes taking place in Russia today, starting from 2022, after the start of Russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine, are all directly related to the war in Ukraine.

If earlier [російському диктатору Володимиру] Putin somehow managed to diffuse this kind of situation without giving it publicity, now it is already [робити складно]. The so-called inner circle of Putin, whom he raised during all these years of rule, are actually all gangs. Although today they are in state structures, if today’s Russia can be called that.

I believe that this is a sub-state – it ceased to be a state a long time ago. The state is called upon to abide by some internal laws, international law, to abide by the international agreements it signs, to be very responsible for its positions in international institutions, such as the Security Council, the UN and a number of other organizations from which they have already been expelled.

Therefore, it is not the state, it is the corporations of various large business concerns that existed and were represented by the state – precisely because of the condescending, criminal attitude of the international community to these processes that took place in this territory.

And what are Kadyrov and Kerimov doing today? These are Russian officials: one heads a puppet structure, the occupation regime in the occupied territory of Chechnya, the other is a senator from the territory of Dagestan, also occupied by the Russian Empire. Naturally, they have their own business interests, they are fed by the Kremlin, this so-called Putin government and this system that runs this country today.

And today Putin is not the kind of person who can solve this kind of issue. Here “Akela missed: he promised Russia a military parade in Kyiv and the subjugation of Ukraine, the liquidation of this state, and he did not succeed.

And the second option. Today, seeing the necessity that internal political processes in Russia can go out of control, but out of the system, they are trying to bring international relations to the fore. If today the West does not follow the old ways and does not preserve the Russian Empire, does not try to preserve the Russian Empire, then, naturally, the question will be about the disintegration of the Russian Empire. In this case it is laid “slow-acting mines” — international conflicts.

And now another part of this system, which has found itself in Europe today, very strongly forces and inspires Western politicians that the collapse of Russia will be a geopolitical catastrophe of the 21st century. They already took Putin’s narratives when he was preparing for his Munich speech, when he blamed the West for destroying the USSR.

Today, this new, DB system, just like Putin, is proving to the world that the decentralization of Russia or the collapse of Russia will be a geopolitical catastrophe of the 21st century. Here’s what’s happening there today.

Therefore, the conflict that began, as you yourself explained, on business shenanigans, interests, is a conflict between gangsters who cannot divide the property that should go to one of them.

And in this situation, the FSB is trying to present it as the beginning of ethnic conflicts in the Caucasus. That is, they want to confirm the narratives taught by the so-called good Russians here in the West.

They declare it, declare it, and here they show us how the events, let’s say, in Ingushetia, when the people came out, and such loud headlines – “Ingushetia rose against Chechnya” or “Dagestan against the Chechens.”

You saw how recently another subject was connected to this conflict — [Сергія] Melikov, the head of Dagestan, who stated that “we will stand firmly for Kerimov.” This is all a scenario designed for Western politicians so that they do not even consider the issue of Russia’s disintegration when the moment comes and Ukraine wins this war in Russia.

— But after all, it was from Kadyrov’s mouth that we heard about what he was announcing “blood revenge” Kerimov. How can this be explained? We know what the culture of blood revenge is, and then these people must be killed. It is obvious that this is not done according to Muslim customs. Why did Kadyrov make such threats?
