The head of the department Mykola Tochytskyi told about this during the discussion of the “New Country” project, reports LB.
“Every day I have to consider 100 applications for departure, most of these names I do not know, I have to spend time searching for information. I should also note that out of five of those who left, one does not return,” he said.
The head of the Ministry of Education previously spoke about another problem: male students of grades 10-11 began to go abroad more often. According to him, the department should offer them quality and professional education to encourage them to stay in the country.
