Serb Novak Djokovic turned to Roger Federer after the finals of the tournament in Shanghai:

“Roger, glad to see you! I can’t get used to you sitting on the podium. I wish you were here on the court playing with us. I guess today is the first time I’m playing in front of you. Thank you for coming,” Novak thanked.

Djokovic lost the final of the tournament to Yannick Sinner (7:6, 6:3). Roger Federer, world number two Carlos Alcaraz and former tennis player Juan Carlos Ferrero watched the match in the stands.

Earlier, Ukrainian tennis player Ilya Marchenko lost his ninth match in a row.
