“On the night of October 27, Ukrainians will turn their clocks back to winter time for the last time, which will not change in the future.”, — write: www.ukrinform.ua
Thus, on October 27 at 4 o’clock in the morning, Ukrainians should turn the hands of the clock back one hour. That is, this day will automatically increase by one hour.
On the territory of Ukraine, a single Kyiv time is fixed – UTC+2.
According to the law on the calculation of time in Ukraine, it is aimed not only at solving issues related to the determination of the legal basis of time calculation in Ukraine, but also designed to ensure the protection of territorial integrity and strengthening of national security of Ukraine, since the time of the aggressor state is established in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine – of the Russian Federation. Therefore, the establishment and consolidation of the unified Kyiv time on the entire territory of Ukraine, without exception, will allow strengthening the security positions of Ukraine and contribute to the de-occupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories.
